We are artisan coffee roasters. We roast in small batches to ensure even roasts, and quality product. We do not use any fancy computer software to store bean roasting profiles or to manipulate roast times. We rely on the age old methods of sight, sound and smell as well as the flame! This is how we know your coffee will be at its absolute best and no less.
