We roast by the theory that the process should not veil origin flavors of the bean, but rather highlight them. EricBNC | Fri, 05/18/2012Really nice coffee here - there was a small delay in getting it but once it arrived I enjoyed drinking it. It's bright so don't bother if those type of coffees make you pucker or you like a lower acidity bean. If you are looking at this you probably like the sharper, fruitier notes common in East African coffees - welcome, then, and grab a bag - you will be happy you did - recommended!
