A GOOD COFFEE (on Organic Mexican Coff...)
kingfisha | Tue, 02/21/2012A good everyday coffee with a nice sweetness and a medium body. Try this Mexican from a Michigan roaster for a good everyday coffee that's organic.
A SWEET COFFEE (on Paramount Coffee Fai...)
kingfisha | Sat, 02/18/2012This coffee would be ok for an everyday brew. It has a nice sweetness with a little acidity.
A GOOD COFFEE WITH A GOOD PROJECT (on Fair Trade Rwanda Co...)
kingfisha | Thu, 02/16/2012This is a nice coffee giving slight hints of spiciness, with stronger chocolate flavor. This has a smooth mouthfeel throughout the cup.
SMOOTH, BRIGHT AND RICH AT ONCE (on Tanzanian Peaberry M...)
Chamie | Thu, 02/09/2012Received this coffee just five days after placing the order. My one disappointment was not finding a roast date on the package, but it was quite obviously fresh. The packaging is bright, attractive and, best of all, protective. Many of the coffees I've received from other roasters aren't properly sealed. This one was.
I've had several days to play with the Tanzanian Peaberry -- which is one of my favorite single origin varietals anyway. Paramount's medium dark roast is nice and even, and really does the bean justice. It's nice and bright in the cup even brewed in a cheap auto drip machine. As a hand-dripped pourover, the bright notes really stand out. There's a hint of citrus -- almost lemon -- and a slight raspberry after taste. The chocolate notes are present, but muted -- a nice morning coffee. It really shines in the moka pot, though. The higher brew temp really develops the chocolate-y notes even as it brings out the brightness. It has a smooth, silky mouthfeel that is delicious on its own, and absolutely delightful in a cappa or macchiato, my preference.
I also used this coffee to in cooking. The rich flavor was the perfect foil for maple and brown sugar in the espresso syrup made with it, and really elevated the mocha pots de creme to a whole new level.
Just to give you an idea who really really good this coffee is, let me note that I'm finishing up a cup of it cold right now, over an hour after I poured it, and it's still tasty... in fact, I'd almost swear I was drinking mocha rather than straight coffee.
A definite winner.FANTASTIC! (on Jamaican Blue Mounta...)
keenan924 | Mon, 01/23/2012Absolutely one of the best coffees in the world! Will definitely be ordering more in the future! To the growers -- thank you for all your hard work in producing this wonderful coffee!

NICE PRICE (on 100% COLOMBIAN 100 S...)
EricBNC | Tue, 12/20/2011this is a nice price for this many pods from Paramount - the description says 100 random pods but the bag sas Colombian so you are likely going to get coffee pods - some might be Colombian, some might be random.
SO... (on 100% COLOMBIAN 100 S...)
jbviau | Mon, 12/19/2011They're not all Colombian, as the picture suggests? What's meant by "random," exactly?
COFFEE WAS TOO STRONG NOT (on Traverse City Cherry...)

GREAT PODS (on 100% COLOMBIAN 100 S...)
docspaugh | Sun, 12/18/2011These are great everyday pods. Actually they have a larger volume than most Senseo brand pods and result in a nice, full bodied coffee. You will never get a weak cup out of one of these pods. This is on my autoship program.
LOVE THIS (on Jamaican Blue Mounta...)
docspaugh | Sun, 12/18/2011A friend brought me some Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee direct from Jamaica a few years ago. I've searched gourmet food stores since that time trying to replicate that taste but it was never quite the same. But I must say that this is the closest that I've found yet as far as smooth, full bodied, and complete lack of bitterness. And for a special treat on a lazy weekend with friends....I use Chocovine wine as a creamer. The combination of this coffee and that wine as a cream is probably the best thing that I have ever tasted in my life....which is why this coffee is on automatic order.
SOLID LIGHT ROAST (on Paramount Coffee Din...)

pwettiw0man | Sun, 10/23/2011LOVE this! I was little skeptical because price is so cheap, but it is wonderful and flavor!
VERY CHERRY! (on Traverse City Cherry...)
simons77 | Thu, 10/06/2011Paramount has some great flavors, and this is one of them. We used to get our coffee from California Coffee Roasters, but they seem to have lost their recipe for their cherry flavors. My husband really likes this cherry coffee from Paramount. I am so glad to have found Paramount through ROASTe.com,.
FUDGY YUM! (on Mackinac Island Fudg...)
