The coffee has a very complex dark flavor that does well with savory morning dishes like bacon. Basically the type of coffee I imagine drinking in the snow and getting warmed up before going out, does well with half and half. It also does really well as an espresso, very nice deep chocolate note in the lattes that. I have made with it. Oh and it comes in a nice resealable by.

lajh804 | Sat, 03/10/2012I've had this blend in Mighty Good Coffee shop. I loved it. It was very smooth. It didn't need a lot of sugar because it tasted so good alone. I would highly recommend this blend!

bdcline | Thu, 10/20/2011Prepared with pourover. Decent cup, but the roast level is certainly not a medium. Roast level was dark, and you end up tasting more of the roast flavors than of the bean. Not my "cup of tea".

bdcline | Wed, 10/05/2011Great roast and super fresh. Unfortunately, the nice berry notes that I get from the aromatics after the grind I could never bring out in the cup. Seems to be a very delicate coffee, perhaps too subtle for my tasting abilities.

jim_levinsohn | Mon, 09/19/2011This is a fantastic coffee! The roast is perfectly matched to bring out the flavor profile. Of the dozens of coffees I've tried, Mighty Good's Ethiopian is my favorite, hands-down. An amazing coffee.
