City Brew Coffee

City Brew Coffee served up our first steaming cup of Joe in 1998, and people were really digging our mojo. Because they were sipping it faster than we could shlep it, we built more stores, brewed more coffee, and still the people loved it. And it was good.

But not good enough.

We used to buy pre-roasted beans from a prominent supplier. Some crops were marvelous- roasted within their sweet spot – while others weren't. Our customers deserved better.

To deliver the goods, City Brew bought our first roaster in 2004 and set out to produce a consistent cup. First, we use only the top 2% of the world's beans. Next, using our new digitally-supported roaster, we produce right-on roasts. Last, we ship 'em or serve 'em within two weeks.

We call it coffee without compromise. You'll call it delicious.
