intrepid510 | Fri, 05/11/2012Nice little thermometer provides some nice guidance on when to stop steaming your milk. Just got a remember to stop steaming a little be before you hit the right temp, because while these say insta-read they do take a few seconds to get up to temp.

intrepid510 | Thu, 02/02/2012A thermometer is an excellent device when you first start steaming, just remember that even though it's called insta-read you need to stop steaming about 10 degrees where you want it to stop. The clip keeps it to the pitcher and the sheath protects the thermometer.

samuellaw178 | Sat, 12/24/2011Make sure that your pitcher fit these before getting it. 5" stem is kinda long for most 12oz pitcher. Temperature monitoring is very useful when frothing to make sure you don't end up with scalded milk.
