I especially liked the simplified explanations of how different flavors develop in the bean, and the three stages of "cooking the bean." I concur with the others as well -- we'd love to see more variety.

luv4dolls2 | Wed, 04/18/2012We enjoyed this coffee, the coffee was smooth and did not leave a bitter after taste. I did find the smell of the coffee perking to be a bit off, no idea why, the taste of the coffee was good. The coffee is a good pick for those that like a milder coffee without a bitter aftertaste.

joellein | Sun, 03/25/2012This is a nice coffee...not too dark, not too mellow. If you like your coffee with very strong flavor this is probably not what you want. But, if you like it smooth, but with enough flavor to linger in your mouth for awhile, this will do very nicely.

Lisa0 | Sun, 03/25/2012I normally do not buy dark roast, but was pleasantly surprised to try this brand. The taste is smooth, not acidic or harsh, and there is a sweet undertone. I think I could use a little less than I regularly do to brew a full pot.

Sara Christopherson | Sat, 03/24/2012I received this coffee as a gift from ROASTe - it is normally a coffee I would not have chosen myself...BUT I really like it! The coffee is smooth, flavorful, and stays "good" in the pot for two hours (I'm a "throughout the morning coffee drinker". I would recommend this coffee to anyone that likes dark roast.

MNMarie | Sat, 03/24/2012Thanks so much for the opportunity to sample this delicious, full-bodied coffee. It has a lovely, rich flavor that wakes you up in the morning. We find that we brew it with just a bit less ground coffee than our usual brew, so the 8 oz. goes further.

Full review in the morning for now it gets 4 cups cause I trust y'all at roastE very sample u send I end up reordering ! Y'all know what I like and you get me hooked quick lol
