QUALITY GRINDER! (on Wega Max 6.4 A Autom...)
Son Ton | Sun, 06/10/2012Compak is not new to the grinder business. This grinder is solid and produce nice espresso grind. On par with Mazzer Super Jolly.
GREAT GRINDER (on Wega Max 5.8 A MiniM...)
Son Ton | Sun, 06/10/2012Compak is a reliable manufacturer of grinders. However, the grinder is solid and produce nice espresso grind. On par with Mazzer Super Jolly.
NO NEED TO UPGRADE! (on Wega Max 6.8 A Conic...)
LJ Coffee | Fri, 03/09/2012I purchased this in July and have no regrets. This grinder makes consistently excellent espresso extractions and is quite an upgrade over the Super Jolly, etc. For the record, this is nearly identical to the Compak K10.
GREAT GRINDER (on Wega Max 5.8 A MiniM...)
Wakeknot | Wed, 02/29/2012this is a great grinder and it is well built. It is more like a Mazzer Mini than a Super Jolly (which would compare to the Wega 6.4).
FIRST RATE (on Wega Max 6.4 A Autom...)
Wakeknot | Wed, 02/29/2012this grinder is a top quality grinder, comparable to a compak or mazzer. It does have auto dosing that a home user would disconnect, so the M might be preferable at home.
A GOOD MACHINE (on Wega MiniNova EPU Se...)
Wakeknot | Sat, 01/21/2012this is a nice machine at a reasonable price. Wega is a good company, too, so you can get it with confidence.
QUALITY AND TASTE (on Wega Max 6.4 M Manua...)
samuellaw178 | Fri, 12/30/2011Taste wise, this grinder is as good as a Super Jolly, which is the standard grinders for cafes. Quality wise, it might be a hair lesser than Mazzer but it would still last you for many years to come. You won't regret getting this!
GREAT ESPRESSO GRINDER (on Wega Max 6.4 A Autom...)
samuellaw178 | Fri, 12/30/2011The burrs are almost similar to a Super Jolly that is one of the standards in the cafes. This means that you won't be complaining about the taste of your espresso because of the grinder incapability. The automatic version means that it will grind until the doser is full. Not good for home use and not advised for commercial use too because fresh coffee get stale soon as it's ground. But the automatic system could be overcome by doing a minor mod.
SUPER JOLLY CLASS (on Wega Max 6.4 A Silen...)
samuellaw178 | Fri, 12/30/2011This is a Super Jolly class espresso grinder, and that basically says a lot. The price is good too. I would recommend this because Wega is a reputable company that makes good grinders.
NICE GRINDER (on Wega Max 5.8 A MiniM...)
samuellaw178 | Fri, 12/30/2011This is in the same class as Mazzer Mini. The built quality probably isn't as tanky as a Mazzer, but it will last you decades at the least. Very nice grinder and perfect for espresso beginners.
AUTOMATIC (on Wega MiniNova EVD Au...)
EricBNC | Fri, 12/23/2011great price for a commercial grade HX espresso machine - one of these would last for ever in a home setting and is capable of great espresso,
DURABLE (on Wega MiniNova EPU Se...)
EricBNC | Fri, 12/23/2011great price for a commercial grade HX espresso machine - one of these would last for ever in a home setting and is capable of great espresso,
VALUE PLAY (on Wega Max 5.8 A MiniM...)
EricBNC | Fri, 12/23/2011This is a great grinder for the money - likely you could not tell the difference between this unit and a Mazzer Mini in the cup.
QUIET (on Wega Max 6.4 A Silen...)
EricBNC | Fri, 12/23/2011This is a great grinder for the money - likely you could not tell the difference between this unit and a Super Jolly in the cup.
PRODUCTIVE (on Wega Max 6.4 A Autom...)
EricBNC | Fri, 12/23/2011This is a great grinder for the money - likely you could not tell the difference between this unit and a Super Jolly in the cup.
NICE (on Wega Max 6.4 M Manua...)
EricBNC | Fri, 12/23/2011This is a great grinder for the money - likely you could not tell the difference between this unit and a Super Jolly in the cup.
GREAT GRINDER (on Wega Max 6.8 A Conic...)
Wakeknot | Thu, 12/08/2011this is a variant on the K10 from compak, which means it is pretty hard to beat!
68MM CONICAL BURRS (on Wega Max 6.8 A Conic...)
EricBNC | Thu, 12/08/2011Similar in spec's and performance to the Compak K10, this is considered by many to be one of the best grinders on the planet.
A GREAT HOME/PRO MACHINE (on Wega MiniNova EPU Se...)
walt_l | Thu, 11/10/2011I've had a Mini Nova for MANY years and it has made espresso BETTER than most I buy in coffee shops! It is easy to work on when it does need repair and there is GREAT support. I liked mine so much I bought another!!
NICE GRINDER (on Wega Max 6.4 M Manua...)
Wakeknot | Fri, 11/04/2011Wega builds solid grinders. The Manual is more fit for home use than the Automatic
