CAN MAKE A GREAT CUP OF (on Hario Drip Pot 480ml...)
fincawhd | Wed, 05/23/2012Can make a great cup of coffee...nowadays I prefer making a French Press, and then straining it through the Hario cloth to make it extra clean.
I LIKE THAT IT CAN GO ON GAS (on Hario Buono V60 Drip...)
fincawhd | Wed, 05/23/2012I like that it can go on gas and electric and induction. It pours a little more nicely than the Bonavita in my opinion, not a major difference. Bonavita definitely the better value.
EXCELLENT KETTLE! (on Hario Buono V60 Drip...)
Son Ton | Mon, 05/21/2012This is a very stylish kettle. If you are into manual dripper such as the Hario V60, this kettle is a must. Its special neck design ensure that the flow of water is precise and gentle so that you can manipulate the flow of your coffee. This should last a long time as well. However, it is a little pricey!
EXCELLENT PRODUCT! (on Hario Coffee Dripper...)
Son Ton | Mon, 05/21/2012I have the same dripper but in made from plastic instead of ceramic. It is an excellent product and produce excellent coffee. Make sure to also buy the Hario branded filter to go along with this. If you forget, you can use a Melita style cone filer but it does not work as well as the Hario one.
POSSIBLE TO GET GOOD CUPS, (on Hario Coffee Dripper...)
fincawhd | Sun, 05/20/2012Possible to get good cups, but I get better cups more easily with other drippers (ones with smaller drainage holes)
NICE, BUT... (on Hario Drip Pot 480ml...)
jbviau | Thu, 05/10/2012Filters like this may have a low spouse-approval rating--in my house, at least. Think ahead re: the care you need to give them before pulling the trigger.
FINE... (on Hario V60 Coffee Pap...)
jbviau | Thu, 05/10/2012...but I prefer the whites, which are also available at Williams-Sonoma (at least where I live) if you need them right away.
A LITTLE MORE INFO. (on Hario One Cup Cafeor...)
jbviau | Thu, 05/10/2012Since the previous reviewer didn't post them (too modest?), here are his more detailed impressions of this nice little dripper: http://www.roaste.com/CoffeeBlogs/samuellaw178/Hario-Cafeor-Review-single-server-pourover http://www.roaste.com/CoffeeBlogs/samuellaw178/Shake-it-shake-it-New-brewing-method-French-Shake
PERFECT FOR ONE (on Hario Coffee Dripper...)
intrepid510 | Thu, 05/10/2012This little dripper is great to be used for making that one cup of coffee for yourself in the morning. You will need a pouring kettle and thus the four stars to get the most out of it. However, with the kettle it really produces a cup that has very clear flavor separation and will probably become your favorite brewing method.
GREAT DRIPPER! (on Hario Buono V60 Drip...)
intrepid510 | Thu, 05/10/2012These are the gold standard among coffee pouring kettles, makes it easy to use a pour over method to get your daily fix. They are well made and easy to use. They are in the middle range of price and good all around pick, cannot go wrong.
HARIO SKERTON (on Hario Skerton Cerami...)
dpablo19 | Sun, 04/22/2012I recently had to use one of these when my electric grinder failed. I was suprised by the grind quality for espresso... Although I found the taste to be slightly too bright, I still came away impressed with the results in my cup. The only real issue I had with this grinder was keeping it still while I cranked the lever. Still, for the price, it can't be beat.
SUPER NICE! (on Hario One Cup Cafeor...)
samuellaw178 | Sat, 04/14/2012THis is a very portable pourover maker. Light and compact. THe glass seems to be of high quality. The cup I made from this Hario Cafeor seems to be stronger and has more edges to the cup. I would definitely buy one again. I just wish the price is a little cheaper, maybe about $20 range.
GREAT COMPACT GRINDER (on Hario Mini Mill Slim...)
fatnat79 | Tue, 03/20/2012This grinder is small and easy to use. Produces a decent grind for drip but wouldn't really recommend for espresso use.
WORKS GREAT (on Hario Paper Filter W...)
fatnat79 | Tue, 03/20/2012All in all, these work just fine but need to be rinsed well before brewing to minimize paper taste. I also use these for my V60-01 since roaste doesn't stock the 01 size for some reason.
WORKS FINE (on Hario V60 Paper Filt...)
fatnat79 | Fri, 03/16/2012I don't know of any other manufacturer that makes filters for use with Hario V60's so I can't really compare these to anything else. All in all, these work just fine but need to be rinsed well before brewing to minimize paper taste.

GREAT BREW (on Hario Drip Pot 480ml...)
fatnat79 | Tue, 03/13/2012This brewer produces a slightly different cup compared to paper filtered brews with a little more body and clarity. The flannel filter does require some maintenance in storage as it is recommended not to store them dry but it is well worth the added effort for the cup it produces.

DELIVERS SATISFYING RESULTS (on Hario Coffee Dripper...)
fatnat79 | Tue, 03/13/2012I also use the 01 size for single portions but the 02 comes in handy when I'm making coffee for 2. You might be able to squeeze out small portions (8 oz) for 3 out of this thing but you need to loosen up your grind setting to get the proper flow through. Coffee pours through fairly quick compared to other pour over brewers so tweak the variables (grind size, dose and water) to get the appropriate brew time. Highly recommended if you have the patience for pour over brewing.
GREAT FOR SINGLE CUP USE (on Hario Coffee Dripper...)
fatnat79 | Tue, 03/13/2012This brewer makes a delicious cup of coffee for one but I feel it does require some technique and really helps to have a kettle that allows for controlled pours. Coffee pours through fairly quick compared to other pour over brewers so tweak the variables (grind size, dose and water) to get the appropriate brew time.
