A GOOD DRIP BREWER! (on Cuisinart Brew Centr...)
Son Ton | Son Ton | Mon, 01/02/2012I used to own this coffee maker for a while back and remember that it make a very good cup of coffee. Also, the program-ability is very nice. Also, it is one of the few drip brewer that can deliver good temperature for correct coffee extraction without having to buy a Technivorm.
SOLID (on Cuisinart Brew Centr...)
intrepid510 | intrepid510 | Sun, 01/01/2012This is my auto drip machine that I got as a wedding present, but with the thermal carafe instead of the glass one. I really like this model as it seems to be able to get the water to a good temperature for brewing as right as the brew cycle finished the coffee in the pot is at about 180 degrees, which after doing all that traveling I would imagine that means it's at around 190 when brewing so I do not get the sour notes of under extracted coffee that are common in so many other makers!

OKAY (on Cuisinart Supreme Gr...)
samuellaw178 | samuellaw178 | Sat, 12/24/2011This is not too bad for grinding coffee for coffee brewing. If it fits your budget, then you can go for it. As usual, to get the best out of coffee, the grinder is a very important key. So the better grinder you get, the better coffee you will have.

EricBNC | EricBNC | Fri, 12/23/2011It is good to see these are being stocked here - they are hard to find in stores so being able to order a couple boxes is very handy.
MAKES THE WATER TASTE GOOD! (on Cuisinart DCC-RWF re...)
intrepid510 | intrepid510 | Sat, 11/12/2011There isn't much to these, but they do a good job removing any off taste from your water and they last a decent amount of time 60 uses, so two months and they come in packs of three. It's super easy to have an auto drip that can filter water too, I like the advantage of not having to wait for the Brita to filter the water.
OKAY FOR BREWED, NOT ESPRESSO (on Cuisinart Supreme Gr...)
speedstar | speedstar | Thu, 09/29/2011This one is okay for brewed coffee but don't expect to be able to handle espresso from this unit. I had one for a while and moved one to something else.

Wakeknot | Wakeknot | Tue, 09/27/2011this is a fine product for brewed coffee. It will not suffice for great espresso.
GREAT COFFEE MACHINE (on Cuisinart Brew Centr...)
jgreeno | jgreeno | Thu, 06/30/2011We have had this coffee maker for quite a while and really love it. It was the only one we could find that had an auto shutoff after four hours (most are two after the program starts). Great priced machine!

WAS A GREAT BREWER... (on Cuisinart SS-700 Sin...)
pixiedoodle | pixiedoodle | Thu, 06/30/2011We bought this system for my mother in law since she only drinks 1-2 cups of coffee a day, it was just what she needed. However, after just under 1 year, she woke up to make her coffee and the machine would not power on any longer. Just died with no warning. We tried different plugs to make sure it was the brewer and not the outlet but still nothing. It's too bad, she loved the features it had but it should not have died in less than a year. I felt it has too large of a footprint as well so when replacing it for her we went with the Keurig brand.
GREAT SYSTEM (on Cuisinart SS-700 Sin...)
amorth | Thu, 06/30/2011My wife bought me one of these for Christmas. It works great for our coffee with dinner. It has worked really well with the EZ Cup and our favorite Costa Rica coffee. Even better, I have an easy way to a mid morning coffee break; a necessity since we are tea drinkers at breakfast. The only bad thing is that ROASTe seems to quit selling the EZ Cup filters so someone else will have a loyal customer..
WORKS FOR ME (on Cuisinart Brew Centr...)
redbecca | redbecca | Wed, 06/29/2011I've had this coffee maker for about 5 years. It has a water filter in it, which is good, and it's programmable. It hasn't broken down. It also has the good feature of turning off automatically so it doesn't burn the coffee. Old Reliable.
CUISINART BREW CENTRAL GREAT CHOICE (on Cuisinart Brew Centr...)
BarryDMill | BarryDMill | Wed, 06/29/2011We've enjoyed having the Cuisinart Brew machine. It's reliable and makes perfectly fine coffee, especially with ROASTe's various blends.

edumonte | edumonte | Wed, 06/29/2011This basic coffee pot is good for the price point. It makes a pretty good cup of coffee, is easy to use, and looks good on the counter.
VERY RELIABLE (on Cuisinart Grind & Br...)
caseyk73 | caseyk73 | Wed, 06/29/2011This coffee maker not only makes a good cup of coffee, but is dependable. I had 3 other brands of "Grind & Brew" makers before this Cuisinart and either they were extremely load or the grinder would just stop working. This model is very easy to clean and once you have programmed it, you can just reset it every night and have fresh coffee in the morning. This was a great purchase.
OVERRATED (on Cuisinart DCC-2000 C...)
christina.robinson0624 | christina.robinson0624 | Wed, 06/29/2011A pain to clean and often brewed bitter coffee. Can NOT fit travel mugs underneath. We pulled it to the counter's edge and took away the tray to fill them. Otherwise, you pour into a regular coffee mug, then transfer to your travel mug. Not worth the effort.
USED TWO YEARS, MAKES GREAT COFFEE (on Cuisinart Brew Centr...)
pammyjo1 | pammyjo1 | Wed, 06/29/2011This machine is programmable and easy to set (if you set it on clock and it stops responding, flip the dial away from clock and back, and resume setting). It is consistent and makes good coffee. We've used Bunn, Mr. Coffee, and others and this is at least as good as any of those. It uses cone filters--harder to locate, but I get them bulk online and they cost way less. I use it in two ways: program it for when my husband gets up, with a full pot, and use it for a half pot later using the 4-cup function. The 4-cup function speeds up the brewing and makes smaller pots taste better. Sometimes I use filtered water in our coffee and sometimes not, depending on the time of year and condition of filtered water. These come with 3-year warranties and I think it is worth paying a bit more because of the longer warranty.
GRIND AND BREW (on Cuisinart Grind & Br...)
d4obrien | d4obrien | Wed, 06/29/2011I had the 10 cup model for over 2 years. Loved it, but the grinder stopped working. This machine got daily use, I had it programmed to brew every morning. However, the grinder was noisy. The grinder did need cleaning after every use which was bothersome if you had to brew 2 pots consecutively. But that was a rare occasion for me. I replaced it with the grind and brew burr grinder model.
