EricBNC | Sun, 01/01/2012The Ceado C37 Coffee Grinder gives the excellent grind quality for espresso one would expect from a 64mm flat burr commercial grade mill while being easy to clean without having to reset the grind as well thanks to the upper burr carrier removing with just 3 screws - this grinder is very quiet too which is nice. The listing shows this is a 230v model but the importer reported these models are 110v. There are only a handful of large burr doserless grinders like this one that grind directly into the portafilter and all are very expensive but they are also considered to be the pinnacle of quality and performance.

The listing shows this is a 230v model but the importer reported these models are 110v. - this is probably overkill for home use but most commercial grinders like this one are - wouldn't stop me though.

The timer feature is nice if you are doing a large volume of shots but for home use it might not be as helpful - this is probably designed with a cafe in mind but that hasn't stopped espresso lovers from placing machines like these on their counters with other brands.

samuellaw178 | Fri, 12/30/2011This has 64mm flat burrs, which is almost equivalent to a Super Jolly. Make sure the voltage is right. It seems to have built quality considered so I wouldn't worry about its durability. Nice!

samuellaw178 | Fri, 12/30/2011Looks a a tank-built grinder with electronic timer on it. A neat grinder! It has 64mm burr which is similar to Mazzer Super Jolly. Should give at least equal if not better grinds. No worries about the tank-like built quality too.

samuellaw178 | Fri, 12/30/2011This sounds like a Super Jolly E with the 64mm flat burrs. With the quality from Caedo, I wouldn't worry about the build quality. THey're very close to Mazzer and should last a very long time. THe 64mm burrs are well regarded for espresso grinding. So no worries about spoiling your coffee with bad grinder.

samuellaw178 | Fri, 12/30/2011It says 220v in the specification. Might want to clarify that if you're in the US. However, if you've got it to work, it's really one of the best grinders out there. The huge flat burr with low rotational speed.

samuellaw178 | Fri, 12/30/2011This is equivalent to Mazzer Major with the 83 mm flat burrs, which is absolutely my favourite grinder. The low rpm is a plus for some-less heated coffee. However, do take note that it says 220v. Might want to ask before buying.
