his is a light to medium roasted blend. Full, velvety body and slightly sweet with a smooth finish.

We roast this blend to be a melange (of sorts). Melange means that each coffee is roasted to a different degree before it is blended. However we blend the raw coffee prior to roasting so this gives an extra uniqueness to this blend. What this does is allow each coffee origin to develop in the roaster at its own pace though together with the other beans, bringing the sweetness of the lighter roasted Central American bean to stop at a city roast while the Sumatran gets a little darker, closer to a medium roast. This happens because the density of each bean is different and takes a roast in a different manner. The end result is amazing!

We DO NOT recommend grinding your coffee beans until you are ready to brew. Roasted coffee is porous and will stale very fast after grinding. We recommend buying whole bean coffee.
