Our dark blend was developed over time in talking to our many customers asking what they wanted in a dark roast. Not one of them said they wanted a bitter, curl your toes dark coffee that needed lots of cream and sugar to make it palatable. Nope! We heard customers say they wanted a bold coffee, with great flavor, a hint of smoky and all the flavor of lighter roasts. Our result was the Nobleman's Dark Blend!.

We DO NOT recommend grinding your coffee beans until you are ready to brew. Roasted coffee is porous and will stale very fast after grinding. We recommend buying whole bean coffee.
