High-grown; medium body; mild acidity; chocolaty, fruity notes; very smooth bright finish; Arabica; pesticide-free.
Medium Roast: Our most popular roast shows off our standard coffee’s floral, berry, and citrus undertones.
Medium-Dark Roast: Beginning as a specialty item for one of our customers, this roast has gained a following.
Dark Roast: This is the roast served by renowned Hawaiian restaurateur Alan Wong at his flagship Honolulu restaurant.
French Roast: This is our darkest roast for those who like it really dark. (Because of the lengthy roasting time, minimum order equals one pound.)

    In reality a 3.5 / 5, classic Kona flavor and citrus undertones however a bit too acidic which can then turn bitter. Very straightforward, and missing some of that complexity that would make it a really great cup.

    I wanted to see if Rusty's winning the Best Kona Coffee award was based on how good the coffee truly was...or an award passed among members of the Kona coffee-growing community.

    The first brewing proved the award was no fluke...it was the best Kona coffee I've had...and I've had many many cups to compare it with.

    It's an expensive habit...it's worth every penny.
