The multidimensional character of this coffee has made it one of our favorite coffees from Ethiopia. This natural processed coffee features fruit toned aromas of blackberry and pineapple. The cup has a citric sparkle that ranges from soft lemon to rich orange with a blackberry undertone. The body is creamy without being overly heavy, and features a lingering sweet chocolate finish.

Dry, pungent berry (blackberry); sharp tropical fruit (pineapple); touch of brandied chocolate.
It's great.

A TRUE WINNER FROM ETHIOPIA!
Tom | Tue, 07/20/2010 - 09:28I agree with the last review ... this is a 5 bean coffee! First the beans are a nice small to medium size with a fairly lighter roast then I am normally a fan of. The aroma from opening the bag really grabbed me. This fruity chocolate coffee is a nice change and I'm enjoying it as a pour over or in a clever coffee dripper. It arrived from PT's 4 days past roast and it's bloom is very active. Enjoy some while you can! I am.
PT'S COFFEE ROASTERS ETHIOPIA SIDAMA - ARDI
EricBNC | Wed, 05/26/2010 - 17:02This coffee arrived packaged well on 5/26 bearing a roast date of 5/21. This is all good so far and is worth a bean. The roast looks to be the same as advertised and beans have one of the best aromas I can recall - add another bean or two to PT's score. Next I brewed a cup with my Clever Coffee Dripper and was greeted with moderately tangy acidity (think sweet but not over ripe strawberries)and a lingering sweet finish - too bad it can only earn 5 beans. This one is a winner.
