The hard work of a few coffee-loving farmers in Costa Rica’s steep mountains, aided by a rich volcanic soil and a privileged micro-climate, results in a unique bluish bean containing a low grade of caffeine. Because of these unique features, we use beans only from this region for our Cafe Paradiso Tarrazú. The beans - carefully selected and roasted - lead to a full-bodied coffee with a fresh and delicious aroma, a sparkling, clean acidity and strong dark chocolate notes.
