Our S.O. India Sitara espresso is unique in that it is single origin and 100% robusta. Containing twice the caffeine as Arabica coffees, this robusta coffee has a delightful nose of vanilla, honey, maple syrup, and nuts. In the cup, it is full-bodied with a pleasing, rounded acidity and long, heavy finish. Because of this, S.O. India performs extremely well in milk beverages.

NOT YOUR FATHER'S ROBUSTA.
intrepid510 | Thu, 01/19/2012 - 01:41I had to redo this review, when I originally received this coffee I made three espresso from it and they were very good with strong vanilla flavor, so much so it was like some put a little bit of syrup in it. I really liked it a lot. However, over the course of the next few days this coffee has become extremely wood tasting that is not pleasant at all.
