"Crisp, sweetly pungent aroma: tart berry, lemon, nut, aromatic wood. In the cup delicately rich acidity, silky mouthfeel. Continued tart yet lushly sweet berry notes with a hint of earth complicate the aromatic wood notes. Long, flavor-saturated finish."

SUBTLE, BUT ENDEARING
bdcline | Fri, 09/09/2011 - 09:10Prompt shipping and freshly roasted. As for the coffee, you can definitely pick out the contrasting earthiness and berry notes in this blend, with the earthiness (although much understated) coming up front and the berries popping up near the finish. Overall, this is a nice coffee--it won't knock your socks your off, but it's a pleasant workaday coffee for me. I'll order more when I go through Paradise again.
SWEET, RICH, BALANCED
pgreene | Tue, 08/30/2011 - 08:36Sweet lemon and raspberry up front with a soft mouth feel that may contribute to the sense that while the flavors are strong, the lemon isn't "sour" - my first thought was that this would be a nice coffee to give to people who find specialty coffee "sour." The roast flavor that follows may seem milk chocolaty because of the mouth feel, also some strawberry flavor in the finish.
This is my first day using this coffee which arrived very quickly, I almost always find coffee improves with some rest (sweetness intensifies, roast flavors expand and soften) - this one is already very nice.
MOCHA JAVA
broseph | Tue, 12/14/2010 - 13:53One of my favorite mocha javas. I bought directly from Paradise...who wants a 5 lb. bag of something? I don't like it *that* much!
A VERY SURPRISING AND PLEASANT CAPPUCCINO
Tzahi Fridman | Mon, 08/03/2009 - 13:36A very nice cappuccino was made out of this medium roasted coffee. The crema was not so thick, but it tasted very very good, with a good balance of fruity touches and chocolate flavors.
Very recommended for the sweet flavor coffee lovers !
