Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Kochere Micro-Lot from Paradise Roasters, is yet another a juicy, tropical roast in a long line of excellent specialty coffee. In the bouquet, you'll find clean floral and citrus notes. The cup is crisp but smooth. Flowers and fruit deepen, introducing more complex fruit, perhaps mango or pineapple. An appealing berry-toned milk chocolate contributes to a long, rich, pure finish.

    Received as a very light roast (label description and appearance) contrary to description on the site. Much stronger floral notes than fruity and with a strong black tea flavour component. Very mild . It could probably be enhanced as a medium roast instead of light.
