Ethiopia Sidama Ardi from Paradise Roasters, is yet another critically acclaimed roast in a long line of excellent specialty coffee. In the bouquet, a sweet cocoa takes the foreground in the cup while there are strong notes of orange and grapefruit that mix with hints of lime and molasses in the background. This is a heavier-bodied coffee than most Ethiopians and performs best when brewed at least 5 days from the roast date.

REVIEWS & COMMENTS
NOT MY CUP
tjbv | Tue, 10/25/2011 - 16:39The other reviewers here were sensing qualities I did not. Each to his own, etc. I am fondest of medium roasts, and this was light roasted for reasons spelled out elsewhere. Regardless, the proof is in the cup, and for me it smelled rather of clean old rags, but tasted better. Yet thin and high-pitched--not at all syrupy or like chocolate.
Not for me, but perhaps for you.
TOO SWEET
