Medium-dark roast. I took it as a stright espresso. Nice floral notes, low acidity. Thin body, light after taste. A nice gentel cup. I suspect it will be great for a French press or drip.

This coffee has a nice complexity with hints of chocolate. It also doesn't linger around too much which is very nice. I have been drinking this more than any of the other coffees I have currently. Such a great coffee for anytime of the day.

I was impressed by the quality of these beans. The flavor was complex, with hints of chocolate. I also like the way the roaster put the roast date on the bag, so I could track how I used the coffee. I will experiment more with the grind and timing to see what else I can taste in the cup.

I really enjoyed this coffee from Paradise Roasters.

It feels sophisticated with a wide variety of flavors that I tasted including chocolate, tea, flower blossoms and peach. Whereas some coffees taste like a single note this one sounded like a chord. Lots of flavors going on over a wide dynamic range.

I drank this for 5 days straight because it was so good. Great everyday coffee if Paradise Roasters doesn't run out of it soon! Afterall it's a micro-lot.
