Morning Glory Coffee (Kowali Farms Estate coffee) is carefully micro roasted to retain the smooth yet robust flavor. We offer the following three roasts:

City Roast - is a medium roast with a slightly nuttier flavor.

Full City Roast - is our house roast, brought to a medium dark color and the optimum temperature that we feel best enhances the mellow flavor of our estate coffee.

French Roast - is a darker roast, often preferred for espresso and considered to contain less caffine than the lighter roasts.

Kona coffee is a deliciously rich, medium-bodied and slightly acidic coffee with a heady aroma and complex, winey, spicy taste.

• 1998 - selected farm of the year by the Kona soil and Water Conservation district for protecting our Natural resources.
• 2006 - One of twelve kona coffee entries to receive Honorable Mention at the cupping contest during the Kona Coffee Cultural Festival.
• 2008 - Winners of the Gevalia Kona Crown Cupping Competition!
• 2009 - Kowali Farm places Second in the Hawaii Coffee Association All-Island Hawaii Cupping Competition.
