It's stronger than other flavored coffees I'm used to, so I was using too much coffee at first. Now, I love the richness of the flavors. The only reason I give it a 4 out of 5 is that the flavor reminds me more of an eggnog flavored coffee I've had than of an English Toffee flavor.
I would definitely recommend this coffee, though, and am looking forward to trying some of the other Latitude flavors I've bought.
