My first sip was surprising since I expected a bitterness to go along with the initial smokey, boldness, but as I sipped the rest of the cup I grew more and more fond of the coffee. I prepared it with a french press and that worked perfectly.

I sip and pretend I am on a warm tropical beach looking over beautiful crystal water and walking barefoot on warm sand rather than the 5 degrees and ice/snow covered streets that are outside right now. I like the bold but smoothness this coffee has. Even with milk and sugar the flavor holds up. Quite an enjoyable blend!!

I decided to use my Yama maker with this blend and I am pleased. It is very bold yet not bitter.
