reneeweb | Fri, 10/21/2011 - 20:27We liked the cinnamon flavor. It smelled so good in the bag and while it was brewing. Our personal taste is more for stronger roasts and this is a light roast. For us it is too light on the coffee flavor. The cinnamon flavor was good, though.
So if you like a light roast and cinnamon flavor, this might be the coffee for you.

I have a sensitive stomach and as much as I adore coffee, some coffee just doesn't adore me. One thing I loved about this coffee is that it just isn't that acidic. It really went don't smooth and I had no issues whatsoever. I'm now a huge fan!

They say a watched pot never brews and I believe it as I sat in great anticipation for what was really only eight minutes. This happy marriage of water and coffee bean smells as good in the cup as it does in the pot. My first sip confirmed that the aroma was no tease, it was liquid ambrosia. The coffee is full bodied but not bitter and has just a hint of sweetness. It feels smooth and silky on the tongue and that wonderful aroma fills your nose and mouth sip after sip. Kudos to Iron Brew for an outstanding flavored coffee, this one's a winner.
