    I enjoyed this coffee very much, rich and full bodied with some citrus. It was especially good as cappuccino, I got a lot of nutty flavor which I loved. Definitely one of my favorites so far.

    I have tried a number of the Organic and Fair Trade coffees on ROASTe. This one is just ok. It had a lot of great reviews, so I went with it, but the flavor is a little blah (I know, not terribly helpful, but I don't know how else to explain it). It just isn't rich enough and has a bit of a bitterness that I don't like. I didn't hate it, and we certainly had no problem drinking it up each day, but I much preferred the Mocha Java beans to this one.

    This coffee is not very dark, but nevertheless has a full body to it. It is a good coffee for any time of the day. I brewed a cup of it with a french press, then later with an aero-press. Both ways captured different aspects of the coffee, all of which I enjoyed immensely.

    No! This cannot be! No coffee in the house? I search the cabinets, I look in the drawers, I open the coffee container a couple of times in vain trying to tap out just enough for a pot. What to do? A knock of the door saves me. UPS (in their dark coffee color uniforms) delivers my order of Higher Ground's Appalachian Trail Blend. But am I truly saved from withdrawl? No time to wait - time to make a pot.

    After waiting for what seemed like a century (and the torture of the tantalizing smell) the coffee is ready. It was worth the wait. It is strong enough to drink black but very smooth. Very delicious. I drink and the stress melts away. I will order it again!
