    (1) Order Fulfillment - We placed our first order with ROASTe.com for 6 cans of Illy Whole Bean Decaf online on Oct. 21. For some reason, the order wasn't shipped until Oct. 31 so it didn't arrive until Nov.4. The customer service folks followed and apologized for the 10 day delay and assured me that future orders will be processed and shipped much faster. Despite the delay, we were impressed with ROASTe.com's follow up and concern so we feel confident that our future automatic orders will make it to us in an acceptable time frame.

    (2) Illy Whole Bean Decaf - Illy coffee is in a class by itself and their Whole Bean Decaf is no exception. Yes, Illy costs more, but it's clearly worth it.

    Illy does an okay job. since it is whole bean it holds up pretty well for the first few days after you open it.

    I always wondered what $30+ per lb coffee, tasted like. Well, wonder no more. Illy is roasting at its best, incredible flavor. A dark, rich cup of java that is satifying with every sip, but only if you like the Italian Espresso roast. This is not for lover of light blends. Most caffinated coffee drinkers think decaf is lacking flavor, but they are wrong. The only thing missing here is the jitters.
