  • NOISY, LIMITED LIFE

I have had 2 of these burr grinders now and both of them stopped working properly after about 3 months. I had to hold the button down to get them to grind the beans, instead of being able to select the amount of cups I wanted. The "17 grinding levels" turn out almost the exact same coarseness no matter what setting you put it on. It's incredibly noisy, so I would have to grind my beans at night so I wouldn't wake my children up in the morning.

I am much happier with my Cuisinart Burr grinder- minus the static electricity. The Krups model definitely did a better job with that.
