    I like this as a good mild roast, especially for starting the day off if you won't be eating for a while. Whereas a dark roast can be a bit overwhelming on mornings sans food, the Daybreak won't be. This is a nice flavor, pleasant without bitterness, but not sacrificing a good aroma and palate. I order often.

    The brewed aroma is nutty with strong hints of chocolate. The first sip is bright but not crisply defined as it plays off a dominating sweetness that is present from the beginning through to the finish. The mouth feel is medium and creamy. As it cools the delicate balance of medium bright acidity continues to enhance the sweet chocolate note. Wow – this one is exceptional with terrific complexity and excellent taste. This K-Cup brewed at the 6 fl oz drop is a winner.

    Lighter roast than the Caribou Blend but still tasty. No drama here. Smooth. Gentle finish.
