The first sip presents medium acidity and citrus across the tongue with a hard to place finish – nutty is as good a descriptor as any – that tames the acidity properly. The mouth feel is full for this style, and not thin by any standard. As it cools It remains lively yet not bitter. This is an above average K-Cup and a decent cup overall. This K-Cup brewed at the 7.25oz drop is similar to the Green Mountain Kenya AA, and except for the aroma, similarly enjoyable.
