Yama Tabletop Coffee Siphon 5 Espresso Cups Butane Burner

The Yama Tabletop Coffee Siphon 5-Espresso-Cups includes a butane burner so that you can brew your after-dinner coffee drinks right on your table! This feature also makes the Tabletop Siphon a great amenity for restaurants.

To make coffee with the Yama Tabletop Coffee Siphon, start with a slightly finer grind of coffee. Drop the washable, reusable cloth covered filter into the infusion chamber so that the chain hangs down into the glass siphon tube. Pull the chain down and hook it to the bottom of the siphon tube. Fill the bottom carafe to the mark for the desired number of cups with hot water and place one measuring spoon of coffee per cup in top chamber.

It takes about 4 minutes to heat the water which is siphoned to the top chamber. Allow 2 minutes for the brewing. Remove the coffee from the heat source; it will return to the bottom carafe. Remove the top, placing it in its convertible lid/stand.

If one of the siphon's chambers breaks during shipping, please let us know and we'll replace the chamber at our expense.

  • BEST OF BOTH WORLDS - STYLISH AND FUNCTIONAL!

I've seen and heard all the rage about siphon coffee these past few years so I had to give it a try myself. This baby produced a sweet, clean cup and looked good doing it. Just follow siphon basics 101 and you should yield yourself a decent cup. Highly recommend using preheated water in the base to save your butane. Also, higher quality butane is recommended for the burner. The cheap stuff will clog up the jets.

Makes delicious coffee very quickly. Great way to start learning how to use a Siphon Brewer and the butane burner makes things much easier then the alcohol one.

  • AWESOME!

    doug82290 | Mon, 05/16/2011 - 14:26

I gave this to my mother as a Mother's Day gift and she loved it. We used it the day it came and it was fun to watch. It definitely makes coffee brewing an enjoyable experience. It's pretty easy to get a hang of the procedure. The butane burner is also a really nice feature. I have some trouble finding butane gas around my neighborhood (but that's probably just because I live in the middle of nowhere). Overall, love it and would buy again.
