Sulawesi Toraja Shade Grown Coffee is earthy and spicy with bright acidity and a deep, full body resembling maple syrup. While this coffee has all the characteristic traits of Indonesian coffees, its bright acidity sets it apart. Slightly tangy, earthy, and spicy, Mandehling’s deep, full body and smooth finish resembles maple syrup. Darker roasting brings out a pleasant bitter sweetness of the bean.

    I found the acid to be a bit too tangy for me.
    The deep richness was not there.
    I don't think they roasted it enough. Mine was City Roast and should have been Full City.
    There was no oil or sheen of oil at all, which was my clue.
    It took 13 days from date of order to receive the coffee.
    Roaste did give me some eBeans to make up for the lack of service.
