Ethiopian Yirgacheffe Coffee features a smooth, full body, medium-bold intensity, citrus sweetness with bright floral notes. The Granddaddy of fine coffees, the Yirgacheffe is wonderfully distinct, with a light citrus twist in the aroma, wine-like fruit flavors leading to a lingering, sweet finish. From coffee’s birthplace - where wild berries are still harvested by tribes people in the mountains – Yirgacheffe is Ethiopia’s most famous coffee. In Eastern Ethiopia, coffee trees are grown between 5,000 and 6,000 feet on small plots and farms, which brings out an unparalleled fruity aroma, with an incredibly smooth, full and elegant body.
Ethiopian Yirgacheffe Coffee Features:
• Roast-to-order
• Single origin
