All claims for damage or defective merchandise must be directed to us NO LATER THAN 7 days after receipt of merchandise. Claims for shortages or errors must be made within 7 days after receipt of merchandise to correct billing.

Please call us to receive a Return Authorization number. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Chargeback fee of 20% will be assessed on all electrics returned incomplete and/or damaged due to improper packaging.
