ROASTe recommends that its customers purchase at least 1 size larger Bialetti  than they think they need.  These machines consider a small 2-oz to be "a cup” - a European-sized espresso cup.    Our customers have been happiest when buying larger Bialettis to compensate for the small European-sized cup measurements.

If the item is damaged or defective we will send a replacement at our expense.
