EricBNC | Thu, 12/29/2011 - 10:48Big and beautiful stainless Mokka. If you are looking for a very large stainless steel mokka pot, this one will work nicely. This Kontessa Inox Stovetop Coffee Maker 12-Cup Mokka pot is great for making strong, aromatic, and flavorful coffee - it requires a bit more attention than an auto drip but the results are worth the extra trouble - these larger ones need more coffee so the coarseness of the grind needs to be increased over the smaller models - the 12 cup size is a bit misleading if you think about cups as being 8 or 12 fl oz - this makes 2 fl oz cups (espresso size) times 12 - so only 24 fl oz at a time.
