    The gentle, round, full-bodied flavor and striking aroma the roaster describes makes me want to curl up on a couch and enjoy a mice cup of this coffee.

    Very smooth. Fantastic crema. This is a perfect example of a bean roasted in the italian tradition. When pulled correctly, this is what you would get in any bar in Italy. It also makes a very nice cappucino for those who do not drink espresso.

    As I wrote in the contest, that I would share the prize with friends and family. Well, I did, and it was wonderful.
    After a beautiful meal of Clams, Mussels, and shrimp, in a silky, cream sauce. A Very nice Italian Barolo (I know white with seafood, but we like red!!!)
    After we all sat there enjoying what we just ate, the time came for the after dinner cafe. The aroma of the ground coffee, set the tone for a wonderful cafe. The flavor was rich, authentic, and true. Though it was not made in an Bar-size Cafe maker, our home maker pulled the flavors out beautifully.
    This roast will be in home, no matter in the world we are. Thank you and Grazie Tanti!!! :)
