    this is all over Italy and is not bad coffee. Fresh roasted is better, but this is a pretty good cup.

    While I sometimes play around with additives, my preference is to drink espresso black. I get a better sense of the true flavor that way and I like the dark edge. This coffee is everything I want. Dark and rich with a smooth and abundant crema. I went through it so fast, I ordered another pound right away because I couldn't wait for the scheduled subscription delivery. Delicious stuff.
