    One of the better beans available to us in the States. Crema is nice. Once you find the right grind a temperature, It has a nice mouth feel and aftertaste

    Ground right, Kimbo Crema gives that subtly sweet note that too many overroasted blends scorch away. The taste lingers satisfyingly, never bitter, long after the last scrapings of crema from the cup. As close to Neapolitan espresso as I've been able to find for home espresso.
