    Our first taste of Douwe Egberts coffe was at Harrah's Casino buffet in Tunica Ms. It was the best coffee we had ever had, and believe me we have tried a new one once a week for the last 2 years.

    We asked the server the name of the coffee and when we returned home, we proceeded to search the internet for the coffee. Been using since we received or order. Will not have to try anymore. We are sold on Douwe Egberts. The only problem is we gave our son and daughter a psckage each and will probably have to pay for theirs also.

    I like it fine, but it wasn't as good as he Douwe Egberts that they serve at TGIF restaurant, I asked them and they serve D.Egberts Columbian. Where can I find that kind? It is mild and has a wonderful nutty taste. The transaction and service was very nice, I will definitely buy again from ROASTe

    We've enjoyed Douwe Egbert coffee for several years after discovering it at a dinner in Port Clinton, Ohio. When we asked the waitress where we could buy the coffee she replied she didn't believe we could. She thought it was only sold in liquid form to restaurants who have machines that brew it one cup at a time. We decided to search the internet anyway and found several sources of Douwe Egbert in the ground and bean forms and have enjoyed it at home ever since. Our guests always rave over it and we given bags as gifts often.
    For convenience sake we usually buy the already ground. Once though we received a shipment of beans mistakenly and decided to buy a coffee grinder rather than go through the hassle of returning the merchandise. We found the aroma of freshly ground beans wonderful. The coffee tastes a little fresher so I can foresee us buying this coffee in both forms in the future.

    I'm not the most qualified to review coffee as I have never been a coffee drinker. I just don't like the taste. .... Until I tried Douwe Egberts Coffee. My husband came across it by accident when he stopped for gas at local mart.
    We own a commercial business and always filled up the trucks at a particular station, until one morning when they were out of coffee. My husband took our business across the street where they not only had hot coffee but served Douwe Egberts Coffee, Medium Roast.
    Swearing they had the best coffee in town he brought home some for me. It is not only the best coffee I've tried, but the only coffee I'll drink.
    We now have a coffee maker in our home (and were no spring chickens) and I used google search to find out the best place to buy this brand (ROASTe) and I have ALL good to say about both.
    Not only does ROASTe have our business, but the local Mart who is smart enough to sell THE BEST COFFEE IN TOWN now has our business for fuel (and our trucks drink more than we do). 5 STARS!

    - Had the correct order mailed immediately free of charge
    - Told him to keep the decaf he received in error
    - Noted that our phone number and email are on every page of ROASTe and every email he receives from us
    - Then we followed up a week later to ask if he'd gotten the coffee and if he'd reconsider his review

    After opening my order for 3 packages of regular coffee I was disappointed to find that my shipment was 3 packages of Decaf. Wanting to call the sender and make arrangements for an exchange my luck continued to decline since there was absolutely no phone number anywhere. I was not about to send it back from the return address label because then I would have no coffee instead of this decaf; was hoping for good things when my package first arrived but am left feeling taken advantage of.
