REVIEWS & COMMENTS

  • WORKS WELL

    avaserfi | Sat, 01/28/2012 - 14:24

I cafiza once a week to backflush my machines. Daily, I backflush with water. While I don't have too much residue, the cafiza cuts through coffee oils better than anything else I've tried. Well worth keeping around.

  • GOOD CLEANER

Make sure you clean your espresso machine with these every once a while to get the best result from your espresso machine. Built up gunks and coffee oils will ruin your coffee.

  • CAFIZA

    broseph | Tue, 06/07/2011 - 13:40

This was originally designed to clean cloth filters--it performs that job admirably. Can also remove coffee stains and gunk from all manner of material, and also works well with non-coffee tasks.

You could just use plain old citric acid, too, of course.

  • A MUST FOR ANY ESPRESSO MACHINE

    Reyna | Sun, 09/13/2009 - 00:50

I don't use it a lot. I only make 4-5 espressos a day, so once every 6 weeks or so are enough for me. but what a difference it makes. It turns the insides of the machine clean, make the coffee better and even turn the portafilter shiny.
