avaserfi | Sat, 01/28/2012 - 14:24I cafiza once a week to backflush my machines. Daily, I backflush with water. While I don't have too much residue, the cafiza cuts through coffee oils better than anything else I've tried. Well worth keeping around.

A MUST FOR ANY ESPRESSO MACHINE
Reyna | Sun, 09/13/2009 - 00:50I don't use it a lot. I only make 4-5 espressos a day, so once every 6 weeks or so are enough for me. but what a difference it makes. It turns the insides of the machine clean, make the coffee better and even turn the portafilter shiny.
