Briel Sintra Espresso & Drip Machine is a 10-cup drip coffeemaker and pump espresso machine in one. This coffeemaker has extra features such as Briel’s Auto Espresso Flow™ microchip, a warming plate for pre-heating cups, and the handy drip stop feature. Its sleek European exterior is down-to-earth. With the Briel Sintra Auto Drip Coffee/Espresso Maker, you can make fragrant drip coffee or savory espresso at the touch of a button. Large, easy-read buttons control the machine - which puts out 15 bars of pump pressure - high above the 9 bars required for an authentic cup of espresso. The Auto Espresso Flow microchip lets you pre-select exactly how much to make, and the patented Crema Master ensures that delicious crema foam tops each cup of espresso. A turbo jet frother produces excellent steamed milk for lattes and cappuccinos. The 10-cup drip coffeemaker includes a pause option so you can sneak a cup while the coffee's still brewing, and a water level indicator is visible from the front. The Briel Sintra also includes a stainless steel boiler, overflow tray, built-in coffee tamper and measuring spoon. A European-style stainless steel exterior houses the front. The drip machine uses ground coffee, while the espresso maker works with both ground coffee and pre-packaged E.S.E. espresso pods (sold separately).

Electra-Craft’s Return Policy

Machines and non-perishable items only are returnable for a period of 30 days after you receive your merchandise; Spare parts, frothing pitchers, thermometers, coffee (opened or unopened), and cups cannot be returned. Please keep your receipt, original shipping container, original item merchandise box, packing materials, and all original documents in case you must return the item for any reason.   Shipping is not refundable: the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund (even if shipped with FREE SHIPPING) .You will be responsible to return the item at your expense.

Please call our customer service number toll-free at 1-888-236-9980 - within 30 days of receiving your merchandise - if you would like to return it. Our Customer Service department will send you a form that must be read and replied to before we will issue a Return Authorization number (RMA#). All returns must have a return authorization number in order to be processed. Any merchandise received at our warehouse without an RMA# will be refused. You will assume all responsibility for sending the merchandise to us again. After returned items pass inspection, customers will be credited in the order in which their returned merchandise was received. Any machines that are being returned under the 30 day period will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
