    We really enjoyed this coffee. The flavor is strong but not bitter. I like it with a bit of creamer in it for smoothness. A great coffee to wake up in the morning.

    Really interesting, complex flavors in an exceptionally smooth roast. Have really enjoyed this one!

    And a couple of nice bonuses I appreciated from Chazzano...it comes in a ziplock, foil bag that keeps the coffee fresher and is much easier to work than the traditional bag with the roll up end. (Why aren't other roaster using this I wonder?)

    And a large, handwritten label affixed to the bag that told me the roast, the date it was roasted (the day it shipped) and even the name of the person doing the roasting. Nothing says Roast to Order like that!

    This was my first order from Roaste. This coffee was delicious, it was so smooth and mellow but strong at the same time. I used 8 heaping tablespoons for my 32oz french press and it was perfect. My new morning coffee.

    Chazzano is an excellent roaster. The coffee was delivered within 4 days of our order and it was all fresh. The New Guinea has a nice full flavor with no bitterness. It is excellent in the french press.

    There is a smell about this coffee in the cup and a taste that is almost unique in my short life experience. I was unsure about buying this coffee at first (untasted). Truly, choosing it was a shot in the dark. But I am glad I did shoot! To my thinking, this coffee is strong and bold without being too much so. It has a vibrant taste that has me waiting for my morning pot of coffee. This pound was roasted full city and I love it.

    Very nice flavor. A very earthy and floral aroma with a floral and cocoa flavor that compliment dark chocolate very well. The reason I rate it at three out of five is because, though it is very good quality coffee, it isn't my favorite flavor. I'd definitely recommend it for coffee drinkers who want something quite different out of their normal coffee experience.

    The prominent note is a very pleasant mid-dark chocolate, which adjusts to violet flowers and quince, and finishes clean, with a memory of Jameson. Although not my personal reference cup, I will certainly purchase this again.

    I love coffee but don't know much about what makes the tastes different, the different methods of process etc. so I may be a little harsh with my 3 cup rating. I'm also new to this site. First and foremost I WILL be coming back to this site. I like the convenience, the pricing, the selection, and I received my product quickly. I'd also like to earn that dang $1,000 coffee maker! Once I received my coffee in the mail I could smell it through the packaging and couldn't wait to get home. The smell was heavenly, but I thought the coffee was a little weak. Any tips on brewing this type of coffee would be great. Any recommendations on coffees to try would be great as well.

    I love the Papua New Guinea Fair Trade Organic coffee. The flavor is outstanding. This is my absolute favorite coffee bean and I LOVE knowing that I'm getting freshly roasted beans, due to the roasting date on the package. I'll buy from Chazzano again. Love their free shipping too!

    This a fairly mild coffee but the bes part it has a very smooth flavor and there is no bitter after taste.
    I love it. A coffee even a non coffee drinker would enjoy.

    The coffee was just what I expected from roaste.com......a great cup of coffee!     I actually rather liked this coffee, which is a shame, considering I'll never reorder from this company. It took them 5 days to ship out my order and when it arrived a week after ordering they had only shipped half of what I paid for. I eventually got the other half 13 days after ordering it, but since I'd rather get it in 3-5 days, I think I'll order elsewhere next time.

    I got my package 5 days after roast. Wasn't really impressed with the flavor. After having some Ethiopian in a restaurant in Minneapolis out of a french press. Anyway the owner of the company called me because I had some questions. So I gave it 4 beans instead of 3 because he was outstanding.

    I liked this coffee a lot (for drip with a Melitta). Nice rich flavor and very smooth. No harshness. Even tasted good after 6 hours in a thermos. It arrived 2 days post roast (I'm in MN).

    I eagerly went to the mail box because I knew a new pound of coffee would be waiting for me (this coffee tour is SO much fun!!!)! :) Of course, I had to brew a pot just to see how the coffee tasted. The aroma, when I opened the bag, was very nice however did not knock my socks off and I was feeling bit worried! Once the coffee was finished brewing, I was pleasantly surprised! I cannot say enough how good this coffee is! It has a bold and very pleasant taste that I love (hard to explain, but earthy/woodsy might be a start)! Will definitely add this coffee to my list to buy again!

    Good tasting coffee. I liked the flavor and will probably buy it again.
    When the coffee was delivered, it was 12 days after roasting date. Most of the coffee I have ordered through ROASTe has been roasted less than a week and some of it only a few days.

    Tried another pound of PNG and it was better than the first time I tried it. Also it had a more recent roast date than before. This was a full city roast which I believe was a darker roast than last time. Definately will buy again. The whole family and guests all said how much they like this coffee.
