The Guatemalan highlands produce undoubtedly some of the choicest coffee beans in the world, and the El Injerto farm of the Huehuetenango region is no exception. Consistently growing world-class beans, El Injerto has been in the top 10 of the Cup of Excellence competition every year it was held, even winning the 1st prize in 2006.

Featuring the Strictly Hard Bean (SHB) this coffee is wonderfully robust and acidic, proving itself to be a truly high-class coffee. Presenting a delicately spicy aroma, the second wave of flavor brings with it a myriad of fruit, caramel, and chocolate.  The subtle deep, rich characteristics of this coffee are brought out best with a medium to medium-dark roast. The truly unique aroma and long finish is a feast for the senses.
