    These beans smelled and tasted burned/over roasted. I ground them, and prepared twice via drip, and once via percolator. Both means resulted in the same, burned flavor. Peaberry is my favorite bean. Therefore, I was quite disappointed. I'd be curious to know if I simply got a bad batch or not.

    Aroma richness with a sharp tangy cocoa bite
    Im not sure if these are coffee word descriptions but it's what I am feeling

    This is my new favorite coffee. Goes great with everything. A full body and great end to it with every sip. I am anxious to try some of the West Bean's new blends as this one has been a big thumbs up for me. I highly recommend these beans.

    This peaberry was not as nutty and full bodied as other Tanzanian or Kauai peaberrys I've had, but it was a solid effort nonetheless. What it lacks in body, it makes up smoothness. A good everyday drinker with not one hint of bitterness even after I let my cup cool for 30 minutes.
