    This coffee is a good Central American with a sweet, brightness on the tip of the tongue. Brown sugar and caramel tones come through and the coffee is quite smooth.

    A bit green tasting and a bit thin on flavor and body, but otherwise a nice coffee, very drinkable, with lgood acidity and balance. I like light roasts, and this is a true light roast. Would rate if higher if the flavor were a bit richer.

    This makes a wonderfully comforting cup: soft, smooth, with a hint of sweetness. I get citrus flavors at first, followed by a rich chocolate finish. Excellent.

    Nothing especially good or bad about this coffee. Not exactly a standout, but then sometimes all you need is a cuppa joe.
