    This is a good, general blend. It is smooth and has the classic coffee flavor that many look for in a hot brew (hints of chocolate and smooth).

    I loved this one at first: slight cocoa, very smooth. I brewed this in a French Press only. After a week on the shelf though, the acidity got stronger and it overpowered the nice subtle flavors. So, I'd say drink it within a week or you might see the same changes I did.
