GOOD FILTERS, MUST HAVE FOR HARIO 2 CUPPERS
Son Ton | Mon, 06/25/2012 - 10:03This is a really good filter and from inspection are made of high quality paper material. They fits Hario 2 cup V60 perfectly and must have if you own the V60s. They are a little bit expensive though. I do not see the #1 filter available on here?
THESE FILTERS HAVE LITTLE
fincawhd | Thu, 06/21/2012 - 21:38These filters have little dust, and are thin, letting in more oil than many other filter brands. You can also fold a flat-bottom for use in the Hario v60 btw
WORKS GREAT
fatnat79 | Tue, 03/20/2012 - 17:57All in all, these work just fine but need to be rinsed well before brewing to minimize paper taste. I also use these for my V60-01 since roaste doesn't stock the 01 size for some reason.
EXCELLENT QUALITY.
intrepid510 | Fri, 03/09/2012 - 14:01These white paper filters are regarded as some of the best to use for coffee. As after a quick hot water rinse in your cone they do not impart any paper taste to the coffee, and provide for excellent clarity, and also hold up well to pouring. However do note that these are shaped as triangles, i.e. these don't have flat bottoms to fit in a auto-dripper you need to be used in a Hario V60 02 cone or something similar.
HARIO PAPER FILTER
rmctam | Fri, 03/09/2012 - 11:56This paper filter holds up the remaining coffee very well. Over 100 times of usage and never had a broken one, no matter how careless sometimes I handle it. The paper quality is much more superior than other brown paper one and this one has no paper taste.
PERFECT!
OrganicMama | Tue, 09/13/2011 - 13:30These work great! A few came with my Hario Iced Coffee Maker, and I'll buy more when I'm out. They are sturdy and hold up really well!
NICE
jbviau | Tue, 05/31/2011 - 08:45Agreed that these filters do a good job of not imparting a papery taste to your coffee. Plus, if you need them right away, they're available at Williams-Sonoma (at least where I live).
PAPERS
broseph | Fri, 05/20/2011 - 04:04No paper filter is perfect. But of all the papers that I've tried--Filtropa, Melitta, Chemex, etc.--these white Harios are the best. Even with a good rinse they can mess with a coffee's aroma a little bit but the result is far better (in terms of transparency + body) than anything I've gotten from any other paper filter. Still, if you're seeking the best possible cup, I feel that cloth filtration is the way to go. It's more work of course and it's not something I do myself everyday.
