Pellini Top 100% Arabica Coffee 1 kilo bag is this prestigious brand’s flagship coffee. Only the best high-grown coffees, certified under EU directive 2092/91 as organic coffee, are used. As with all high-grade coffees, the proper selection of Arabica varietals is a priority for this 100% Arabica. Normally 6 to 8 different varietals are used for achieving the richness and balancing acidity; one to two varietals are needed for carrying the aroma; and, all the above full-bodied coffees add to the flavor. All of these individual beans are married into a perfect first-class blend. The beans are slowly and gently hand-roasted in a rotating drum to combine all aromatic components and almost completely extract bitter acidity from the washed Arabica beans.
