JAMAICAN BLUE MOUNTAIN COFFEE
ewelch | Fri, 01/20/2012 - 12:52Expensive but excellent! Can't order all the time, but a nice treat.
LOVE THIS
docspaugh | Sun, 12/18/2011 - 21:28A friend brought me some Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee direct from Jamaica a few years ago. I've searched gourmet food stores since that time trying to replicate that taste but it was never quite the same. But I must say that this is the closest that I've found yet as far as smooth, full bodied, and complete lack of bitterness. And for a special treat on a lazy weekend with friends....I use Chocovine wine as a creamer. The combination of this coffee and that wine as a cream is probably the best thing that I have ever tasted in my life....which is why this coffee is on automatic order.
EXPENSIVE BUT WORTH EVERY PENNY
stormiburton | Sun, 08/07/2011 - 21:24I can be very picky about my coffee flavor; I really hate bitterness and off balanced flavors. I had heard that Jamaican Blue Mountain was smooth and perfectly balanced and I have to agree. I've never had any other coffee this lacking in bitterness. Even when I'm eating sweets with my coffee this one doesn't have a mouth shock from the acidity. Just full coffee flavor. It's expensive but I use it for weekend slow morning coffee time and the bag lasts me a good while.
GOOD COFFEE BUT NOT FOR THE PRICE
martinecoelho | Wed, 08/03/2011 - 20:02I love coffee so i thought i would buy this since it was so expensive it must be really good. Well, it's good. But not any better then more affordable coffee. Now I'm not familiar with Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee so maybe for that type its great... but I'll stick with something else.
VERY DISAPPOINTING
jill | Fri, 07/22/2011 - 18:34last time I had Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee it was wonderful. I've never wanted to shell out the high cost for it until now. I am so disappointed in it. Tastes nothing like I remembered and quite frankly it tastes like normal coffee with a fancy label across it. Not worth $36, not worth $6.
VERY PLEASED!
yogin77 | Sat, 06/04/2011 - 10:57Been searching for a decent cup of Jamaican Blue Mountain Coffee. The search has ended. I am very pleased with the full bodied flavor and wonderful after taste of this coffee. I will definitely place another order!!!
FULL OF FLAVOR!!
grerob5 | Thu, 05/26/2011 - 11:36I ran our of the last of my Blue Mountain coffee (straight from Jamaica herself) some months back and have been looking for the coffee here in the states. This was the most economical, and to my suprise was quite good! Now I can't compare the 2 because it has just been too long, but when compared to your arabica beans and others from other parts of the world the Blue Mountian WINS hands down!! The Paramount Blue Mountain coffee has that smooth, but strong flavor, without the bitterness you get from other coffees. I think this may be why it seems to NOT upset my stomach as the others seem to do. The beans are a little smaller than what I get from JA, but still of good quality! I would HIGHLY recommend this coffee to all!! You won't be disappointed. BTW I believe it says this is a light roast, but I received Medium.. I am not complaining, because I like the dark anyway!! So this was super! Thanks ROASTe!!
